POTD 2018/080. Walking the Dog on the First Full Day of Spring

This is what the first full day of Spring 2018 looks like! And just in time for it comes our first snow storm of the 2017-2018 season in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

For that neighbor of mine and her dog out there in the Avonlea community making a cameo in my photograph, know this: there are definitely better days for walks ahead in the near future!
